Charein Faraj is a Law Clerk at Scott F. Roberts Law, PLC. Ms. Faraj earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, where she majored in Environmental Science and minored in American Culture and Computer Science. Ms. Faraj is currently in her final year as a law student at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law as a Dean’s Fellow Scholar. There, Ms. Faraj Co-Founded the Arab American Law Student Association and the Environmental Law Society. Ms. Faraj also participates in the University of Detroit Mercy Chapter of the American Inns of Court as a Pupil. During her time as a law student, Ms. Faraj completed internships at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and at the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan.
In her free time, Ms. Faraj enjoys performing improv at GoComedy, where she is in her second term of beginner classes. She also loves playing sports when she can. She participates in soccer and volleyball leagues and is currently a beginner snowboarder. She believes that keeping an active lifestyle is key to managing a happy and healthy life.
Ms. Faraj is on her way to become a great addition to Scott F. Robert’s legal team upon passing the July 2021 Bar Exam. She is most interested in commercial litigation, corporate compliance, formations and startups, and MMFLA/MRTMA licensing. With Ms. Faraj’s ability to quickly learn and apply newly acquired skills, she will be able to go above and beyond to assist you with your legal needs.
