Christine L. Constantino, Jr.

Christine L. Constantino, Jr.

Senior Litigation Attorney

In 6 years, Christine has garnered a reputation as an aggressive and zealous litigator. Her tenacity has managed to achieve tremendous results for her clients. To highlight a few of her accomplishments, Christine obtained a temporary restraining order against the city of Detroit enjoining the City from commencing Phase 1 of the application window for adult-use marijuana licensing (JARs v City of Detroit), obtained a $6.142m consent judgment via a Motion for Summary Disposition (Value Investors v Cannabis Property Brokers), chaired a trial team that obtained a $13.1m consent judgment, obtained a default judgment against a Minnesota record label on behalf of a recording artist (Johnson v Minnesota Records), and achieved a settlement in a products liability case against Procter & Gamble (Swartz v Procter & Gamble).

Christine has both trial and alternative dispute resolution experience across the country, as she chaired multi-week arbitration hearings in California and litigated against a commercial art company in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Cota and Tili v Art Brand Studios).  She also authored a winning brief before the Michigan Court of Appeals, resulting in a published opinion (August 13, 2020 – Tinsley v Norman Yatooma & Associates, P.C.).  When Christine is not litigating, she spends her time with her law dog, Colette, and studying opera.

Christine became a lawyer to fight injustice and to give a voice to those without one.  As her accomplishments illustrate, she will work hard for yours to be heard.
